Did you use any foil under the decal? Jay
  3. Yeah, where do find this "MERCHANDISE"? Jay
  4. I actually fixed one of my handles with it. Not on the grip though. the cork on the screw lock that holds my reel busted and I covered the whole thing with flex coat. It works great. I can tell you that despite its gloss, its not that slippery, but I don't know if that would be the case on the handle itself. I tend to hold my rod with my 2 forefingers on the screwlock, ring finger on the trigger, and thumb behind the reel and haven't had any slippage.......yet. Hope this helps. Jay
  5. try this: http://lurehardware.com/ Maybe this will help also. Jay
  6. you will have to type it in. type ebay dot com in place of the number symbols or just go there and search the stores for TCPGlobal/AutoBodyDepot. Sorry, Jay
  7. try this site, I've bought my last 2 from here. not exactly Iwata, but for 50 bucks vs 200 to 300, you can't beat em. http://stores.#########/TCPGlobal-AutoBodyDepot Jay

    For B75nweav

Well here it is, you can't see all the color in it, but there is losts of blue and green shifting paint. You can make it out a little, but for some reason, the camera just won't pick it all up. It'll look better once I clear coat it. Jay

  14. That'll give me something to do this weekend. Looks like it'll be fun trying. I'll post the pics, or maybe I won't. lol Jay
  15. Its not near as tough as epoxy. I've had some good and bad experiences with this stuff. Its o.k. if your making lures for yourself, but I wouldn't recomend using it on lures that you plan to sell. Just my Jay

    'The SUPER shad'

Nice. That would come in handy round here with all this rain. The fish could see that thing in all this chocolate milk. LOL Jay
  17. I've been using x-acto type knives from Dick Blick Art Supply for lure holders, And switched to Dick Nite Topcoat for my clear coating. I spray it on in 2 to 4 thin coats, wait 24 hours, then spray a couple more thicker coats to finish. This process has worked very well for me, and has virtually eleminated the need for a lure turner. ( wait a minute or 2 between DN coats) Jay
  18. Yea, I've pretty much looked everywhere. I won the "punkinseed" on ebay but forgot to raise my bid on the frog. I just thought maybe somebody out there might know, you never can tell. Thanks for the site, I'll check it out right away. Jay
  19. Can anyone help me with identifying the artist who did this print? I know their last name is McGinnis, it was printed in "83" and there were 200 printed. I have seen this one, a "hungry Jack" and I have a "Punkinseed". Any help would be appreciated. Also, if someone knows where I can buy them, that would be nice too. Thanks Jay
  20. I wouldn't know too much about the snow, other than its consistant. Down here in bama it was 60 degrees and sunny one day, the next day 24 and snow flurries, 2 days later its 65 with tornadoes and so on. I wish it would just make up its dang mind and do something constant for at least a week. Its a wonder I'm not sick as a dog. lol Jay
