Need Help with black grape/blue neon and oxblood recipe

A good oxblood two color. ( like robo ) 1 cup fo plastic a few drops of lc brown ( small red flake optional ) 1 cup of plastic a few drops of lc violet grape start with a few drops wok youre way up untill you get youre desired color. For dvl I poure mine very tranparent. Its a killer. -
Soft jerk bait, shakey head 6-10 in worms and a drop shot just for good measure

Thanks all, I went home and poured some jig heads last night and sure enough, I let them sit in the mold and cool off longer and used pliers insted of the hooks to remove them. My problem with loose hooks solved.

I have only poured the small ones, so i'm not quite shure.

So i am a rookie when it comes to pouring lead. I just got a stand up shakey head mold from do it molds, Love the mold but when i pour it the hooks in the lead are loose after i pour:censored: Whats thew deal? I have one other mold from do it its the round stand up head, that mold poures fine. No loose hooks to speak of. What am I missing? Or is it a shotty mold? Thanks, any info would be appreaciated.

I just bought a shakey head jig mold from do-it and it works great for making those i just left the screw lock screw out of the mold and there you go. I have actually made more flick shake jigs than i have made shakey heads, funny how that works.

I was lucky enough to have this lake in my backyard this lake is a mile from my house and i will tell you what i am so happy that that fish lived out its life without getting cought and stuffed by some guy. By some guy i am not refering to jed or mac, there is no way they would have kept that fish, but In the last three years you could not amagin the amount of fishing pressure this tiny lake has recieved. there were guys showing up from all over the wourld to try and get a piece of that fish. but in the end the bass winns again. dottie rip

I was born and raised in California so my ideah of the perfect worm is probable much different then others. My question is if you had one worm in one colar to use what would it be and why?

I dont use salt unless i am pouring a stick bait and that includes my fluke type baits, i personaly let tke hook be my weight. as for softner though i love it i poure baits for my self that you could cast off the hook if your not used to fishing them. the action you get from softer baits cant be beat.

I think the best way to make it would be to open your wallet real big and fork over about a hundred bucks to your favorite aluminum mold dealer.

hi i just started up on this sight i saw some worms you poured under the pictures. it is a six inch fat headed worm. i bought one of those molds from you off of ebay a while back i was wondering where you got that mold from i have never seen it anywhere else?
