I am new to this site and new to pouring soft plastics. I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I couldn't find it. I wanted to know if soft plastic body designs are copywrited? I am trying to figue out if prefab worm molds can be used to produce plastic that will then be sold or if they can only be used to produce baits for personal use. Do I have to develop my own designs if I want to sell them. I know I'm getting ahead of myself considering that I'm just getting started, but I'd hate to spend a bunch of money on molds I can't use when I can desing my own baits.
