  1. Tying 20 to 30s are easy just clean off lg debris from tying table.Put hook in hemos coat shank w/super glue rub it in the dusty junk left on table and your done.Ha Ha
  2. Hey got any fused braid? Fireline works great! Use 10 to 20 better than gelspun,no tangles and you can't break it. For small flies 2# is great. 6# for streamers.Alot cheaper than threads just fit an empty thread spool on a tight fitting drill bit and wind it w/drill to fill empty thread spools. On streamers etc. sharpies or nail polish will color heads.Usally after filling spinning reels there is plenty left for spools.

    Wacky Worms

How about trying split rings I use them for wacky rigs and they work well. They also add tiny bit of flash. Don't forget super glue it makes great repairs!

    Creek Chubs?

Trout guys fly fishing find them often, dries or small soft hackles work well. Might catch a few trout and take home some bait! Agreat excuse to take up an additional type of angling.

    Jig Eyes

Shad and many other baitfish have a false eyespot towards thier tail to fool predators into hitting the wrong end allowing them a greater chance of escape.Big clue!
  6. Dbl, bladed inlines should not use dp. cup colo. they spin to close to shaft and actually vibrate less than std. or aspen type.Clevice size should be one size lgr. and interlocked.Min.of 2 solid metal beads I like glass/metal combo 2/3 beads.Look for the sm. flared body in nickel Mepps uses it at front of many baits helps start blades. Experiment w/blade sz.body wgt.I Like heavy bodies in bigger water for obvious reasons and larger dakotas fluted royals, wide willows and french are my favorites.Dont finish your front line tie loop and you can switch until its right.slow willows easier to start than std. good luck .
